These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site http://www.mamaka.eu/. The products purchased on mamaka.eu are directly sold by mamaka.eu. MAMAKA is registered with the Companies' Register of Athens/Greece, Tax Code and VAT no. GR-064335243. You can contact MAMAKA by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
MAMAKA offers products for sale on mamaka.eu and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers" (any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade business or profession). MAMAKA reserve the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not comply with MAMAKA's business policy. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on mamaka.eu between the users of mamaka.eu and MAMAKA.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site, you will need to register. Go to sign in at the bottom and begin with your registration. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. On mamaka.eu, we offer luxury and top-quality products for sale. These products are purchased by MAMAKA from fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected by stringent quality controls. The main characteristics and specifications of each product - as given by the manufactures - are shown on mamaka.eu inside its product description. The products offered for sale on mamaka.eu may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or of the monitor used. Prices are subject to change, stated in Euro including VAT (Value Added Tax), excluding delivery costs. Prices may be modified by mamaka.eu at any time. Please check the final price of each purchase as well as the total number of products before sending and checking out your shopping bag.
All products come with a label attached, some in the original manufacturer's packaging. Should you wish to exchange/return the purchased product(s), please do not remove the labels or relevant seal. MAMAKA will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
Following health & hygiene considerations, lingerie cannot be returned. If you are unsure about the size of a slip, thong or panty, please contact MAMAKA by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. For bras and nursing tops, please refer to the size chart, or send us an e-mail if you still have questions.
MAMAKA currently accepts payments with Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as CASH ON DELIVERY. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. To ensure that your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the web address (URL) field of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
MAMAKA collaborates with ALPHA BANK as a payment agent and Paypal. ALPHA BANK processes all payments and charges the total amount of your purchase including delivery costs to the credit card provided by the customer.
The purchased products and relevant delivery costs, as indicated while checking out your shopping bag and finalizing your order, will only be charged to your credit card when the purchased products are delivered.
Ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated as a shipping address by the customer while finalizing the order, including the sale invoice and the dispatch slip. Delivery costs are automatically notified to the customer as soon as the "check out" button has been selected and before the order processing begins. Please check the amount related to the delivery carefully before confirming your order.
Mamaka.eu delivers all over Greece via ACS - courier and worldwide by international courier or registered mail service. Actual shipping charges are calculated at checkout and customers can choose the preferred shipping method.
Deliveries within Greece via courier service:
Our Courier service delivers on working days, from Monday to Friday. The delivery times (normally 2 - 3 working days) depend on the delivery address. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods or in case of bad weather conditions. Some products have a longer delivery period, mentioned within the specific product description.
Worldwide deliveries via registered mail service:
Please note that for international deliveries, we are required by law to list the price you paid for our products, the customs amount, as well as to accurately list the contents of your shipment/package. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges, as assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. Local duties and taxes shall be entirely paid by the costumer.
At mamaka.eu we do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Therefore, please read our strict exchange policy carefully before you purchase any goods.
All exchange requests have to be sent to the email@example.com within 3 working days after receipt of your purchase. We request that all goods are returned within 10 working days of the date of your exchange request. Returns received outside the above time frames can only be accepted at the discretion of mamaka.eu.
For sanitary reasons, lingerie products, i.e bras, briefs, thongs, strings, panties and nursing tops cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unsure about the size of a slip or thong, please contact MAMAKA by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. For bras and nursing tops, please refer to the size chart, or send us an e-mail if you still have questions.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for furniture, bedding sets, push & ride-on toys, dollhouses and wallpapers.
Merchandise that was purchased on sale or at promotional/discounted prices cannot be exchanged or returned.
Cancel your order before delivery:
Cancellation of your order is only possible before your purchase is delivered to the courier or the post office. If your order has already been delivered to the courier or post office, it will not possible for mamaka.eu to accept a cancellation of that order. Please note that ordered items are usually delivered to the courier or post office the same day.
Exchange of products:
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size (subject to availability). We are yet unable to process any other type of exchange.
We can only exchange defective items for the same item in the same size & color (subject to availability).
Requests for exchange of products have to be submitted within 3 working days after receipt of your purchase. We request that all goods are returned within 10 working days of the date of your exchange request.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Condition of exchanged products:
All exchanged items must be in the exact same condition as when purchased, which means new, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags still attached and in their original packaging including accessories, manuals etc.
Delivery cost in case of exchanged merchandise:
The delivery cost for returned items shall be entirely covered by the customer. We therefore advise you to use a tracking or registered mail carrier service for the return of your purchase. MAMAKA cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, stolen or mishandled packages. MAMAKA therefore does not offer reimbursement or compensation in the event of lost, delayed, stolen or mishandled packages.

Please note that MAMAKA will not charge you for sending you back the exchanged merchandise.
Return policy/Store credit:
If you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 3 working days after receipt of your purchase. We are not able to provide a refund. However, MAMAKA offers you a store credit less shipping costs.
Our store credit is valid for 6 month from the time of issue, after which it expires. Please note that our store credit is not valid for items on sales or promotional/discounted items.
Please note that we do not accept returns on all lingerie products, furniture, bedding sets push and ride on toys, dollhouses and wallpapers.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, in consideration of new laws and regulations but not limited there to. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on mamaka.eu.
